Golden Hill

I live in Golden Hill! Because I love it. Golden Hill is still a relatively “unknown” area in San Diego. Just east of downtown, Golden Hill is populated with Victorian and Craftsman homes from the late 1800s, early 1900s. And true to title, we all sit on a steep hill overlooking downtown.

Prices in Golden Hill are all over the board, the inventory is so diverse. Single family homes, condos, multi-unit properties from under $400K and over $1million.

Golden Hill has a reputation as an eclectic and artsy neighborhood, and its’ popularity is growing. Come tour with me now before everyone realizes this is a gem of a find. Independent business like Influx Cafe and Luigi’s Pizzeria thrive in this area.

WHAT’S HAPPENING IN GOLDEN HILL -

We just got a fabulous new Farmers Market! 28th & B Street, Saturdays 8am-noon. Great start for a much needed market. Fabulous eats, craft goods, and happy neighbors.

We have a neighborhood development group working on the revitalization of the neighborhood. Businesses like Counterpoint and Turf Club already bring out of area business, but Golden Hill has enough attraction to warrant greater investment!
